- trained for at least 3 weeks before treating Kilalo clients.

We protect the health and wellbeing of our therapists:
- We do not employ commission-only therapists - our team are salaried and covered by workers’ compensation insurance for every hour worked at Kilalo
- We do not design shifts that exceed 5 1/2 hours, including a (paid) break.
- We practice relentlessly in the quest for creative therapy through (paid) on-the-job training at least once a month.
- We offer partially- and fully- paid health care and vacation for therapists who work the eligible hours.
- We carefully select ergonomic massage chairs and tables for our therapists.
